Cycle Boot Camp

HOLO:
Is a 45 min of riding that will challenge all levels followed by 15 minutes of core strengthening exercises.

TRAINING HOLO:
Is a 60 to 75 min class that it the perfect substitute for riding your trainer at home. It’s ideal for those that compete in road races and triathlons looking to get over the hill and crank your performance up to the next level.

CYCLE / BOOTCAMP:
This class combines cardio and strength intervals for total body conditioning. This interval training blends sprints, hills, and endurance with full-body moves off the bike to condition your whole body

TOUR HOLO:
This class is offered once a month on Saturday morning. It is designed to push your endurance to the max. Instead of the standard 45 minute class this class will be an hour and a half. Long and grueling you will feel as though you are a part of one of the tour races.

CYCLE / YOGA:
45 minutes on the bike followed by 30 on your mat. This class will enhance your on and off the bike flexibility and strength. Help to prevent injuries and offset muscle tightness. Improve mental clarity, stamina, and body awareness.
