Cortney loves a challenge and a great workout, so naturally she was hooked after her first spin class taught by her sister, Kate, 12 years ago at Gold’s Gym in Honolulu. Cortney has since become addicted to the adrenaline rush you get from the high-intensity workout and recently decided she would follow in her sister’s footsteps and give teaching a try. When she isn't on the bike, Cortney is designing swimwear for her line, Blithe Bikinis, and making dreams come true as a Wedding Planner with Cortney Crane Events. She believes spin helps you become the best version of yourself and she will push you out of your comfort zone to get the greatest results possible. Music is the driving force behind her classes, and she is sure to inspire you on your fitness journey to become a stronger, healthier and happier you! Cortney is a certified Spin Instructor with Cycling Fusion Inc.
Devin has been taking cycling classes for over 9 years and has found it to be an excellent way to stay in shape for his active lifestyle. From free diving to hiking, surfing to skiing, Devin enjoys doing it all. Devin’s classes are much like the Forrest Gump adage, “Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get.” You will rock out to a diverse range of music--everything from classic rock to today’s electro pop dance mixes. Just as varied are the workouts themselves. Never knowing beforehand which class you’ve stepped into you could be in for grueling hill climbs, or sprinting through a race finish line, sometimes even both. You will get off that bike feeling exhausted but accomplished. After completing one of his classes you can reward yourself with that piece of chocolate. Devin is a certified SPINNING instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics.

Whitney grew up loving indoor cycling. You could always find her in the front row, yelling throughout the class. To Whitney it was a true high energy cardio party!! Her love affair with cycling began at the tender age of 16. She had always been active-running, hiking, cycling, kickboxing, roller-skating. But when the pain of shin splints set in she was in need of a good cardio workout that would keep her in shape and looking good. Indoor cycling came to her rescue. Whitney creates a high energy class; you are guaranteed to sweat and leave feeling euphoric from the endorphin kick! Whitney is a certified cycling instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics.
